Highlights
The HCEs semi-annual Yard Sale will be held at the Citrus County Auditorium on Saturday, February 06, 2010. Table reservations start January 6, 2010.
Selected past shows from the WYKE TV 47 "Your County Commission" series are now viewable on the county's Website. Hosted by the county commission's Public Information Officer Jim Hunter, the show has county commissioners discussing and explaining the issues of the day. The purpose of the show is create more informed, involved citizens by explaining to them through the informal conversations with the commissioners what their county commission is doing. Occasionally county staff come on the show to explain various departments, programs, and regulations in relation to the county and what citizens might need or ought to know. The show airs on Friday and Saturday at 6:30 p.m. on digital broadcast channel 47 and cable channel 16. Shows will be posted on the site during the New Year. |
