Homecare Options Provided for Everyone (H.O.P.E.)
The purpose of Senior Care Services is to provide our clients in home services to
help the client maintain their dignity, security and with some degree of independence.
With an array of services we hope to reduce, eliminate, or delay institutionalization.
Services are professionally case managed.
Senior Care Services goal is to provide a wide variety of services to the
community through staff, volunteers, friends, and family members. With these services
we are working to keep families together.
Grant programs provided:
- Community Care for the Elderly (CCE)
- Alzheimer's Disease Initiative (ADI)
- Medicaid Waiver and Assisted Living Programs
- Home Care for the Elderly (HCE)
- Family Caregiver Program (Title III E Respite)
