You will notice a list of fields to fill
out. The ones marked with an asterisk are required and must
be filled in. We will not accept it if you do not fill them in. For the
purpose of this demonstration we will do an Aluminum Screen Room.

- Select the Type of Permit you wish to
apply for from the Permit Type pull down list. Click the right arrow
to the right of this box to view the options and then select the one
which applies to your needs. This is a long list, and we have offered
several options for what appears to be the same thing. (Some people
refer to some things differently than others). If you don't know
which type to select, click
here.
- Enter a Description of the Work as you
would on a manual application.
- If you have assigned an internal reference
number to this job you may enter it in the box title "Your Job
Number". This can be something as simple as "The Smith Job"
or any other reference you use (03-11234). We will always refer to Applications
and Permits by number, and that may not mean much to you. This allows
you to describe the Application in a manner that is recognized by your
own people.
- Enter the Square Footage if applicable.
- Enter the Contract Price for this job.
