Canceling An Inspection

You can cancel an inspection online in the same way to schedule one. To do so, follow these steps:

• Login to the Contractor Portal.
  • If you are already logged in, but not at the Portal Home page, click the "My Portal" link near the top of the page.
• If you are trying to cancel an inspection scheduled for the same day, you can cancel it online if you do so before 6:30 AM on the date of the inspection. If it occurs after that, you need to call and cancel it over the phone.
• To cancel a permit, first locate the permit associated with the inspection. If you need help learning how to find a permit online, click here.
• When you find the correct permit, click on the word "View" in the Inspections column for that permit as shown below:
