Changing Your Password
The Contractor Portal allows you to change your password at any time which is something we strongly urge you to do if you have employee turn over and that employee does or may know your password.
To change your password, click on the link
"My Account Info" located near the top of the screen. The screen
shown below will appear. Please enter your new password, then retype it
again to confirm the spelling. Your password can be letters and/or numbers,
no punctuation marks up to 20 characters in length. You
are also encouraged not to enter something that is simple to guess, like
the names of children or pets.
Be sure to click the Modify button to save the changes. You must click the modify button just below the password boxes to save them.
