Creating or Using an Escrow Account for Notice of Commencements

To establish an escrow account to pay for Notice of Commencements, you must appear in person at any of the locations listed below along with a check to open the escrow account.

The Clerk of the Courts will allow Notice of Commencements (NOC) to be faxed in and recorded, but you must have an escrow account set up with them to do so. This is NOT the same escrow account you use for Building Permits! Please do not confuse the two.
