Deployment Citrus County Fish Haven #1 Summary

Material Donation

This project was completed at NO cost to the County. The funding was through FEMA. Lucas Marine Construction was the contractor utilizing a 150' x 55' barge.

  • 213 Tons of material were deployed
  • 40 pieces of 12" x 12" x 35' concrete pilings
  • 20 pieces of 3' x 30' x 6" concrete slabs
  • 10 pieces of 2' x 2' x 12' concrete blocks
  • 2 pieces of 15" diameter x 35' steel pipe

Seas were calm, clear skies with water temperature at 70 degrees. Bottom visibility was approximately 10 ft.
